Servomex’s hydrocarbon gas analyzers deliver accurate and reliable measurements of hydrocarbon mixtures in your process, using the sensing technologies that best suit your application. For demanding process applications, the rugged and versatile SERVOTOUGH SpectraExact 2500 delivers hydrocarbon gas analysis capability for flammable sample streams, using Infrared and Gas Filter Correlation sensing.
Measuring hydrocarbon emissions with a hydrocarbon analyzer may be necessary to meet regulatory requirements, particularly in flare stack applications. In addition, it can be essential to measure hydrocarbon mixtures for process control, safety, and efficiency in a range of hydrocarbon processing, natural gas, and refinery operations, as well as gas purity applications.
Three key sensing technologies are available from Servomex to measure hydrocarbon mixtures. The most appropriate solution for each hydrocarbon analyzer depends on the application, and the measurement range required.
Servomex offers two key products for hydrocarbon mixture analysis. Industrial process control measurements can be made by the SERVOTOUGH SpectraExact 2500 , for example in the manufacture of ethylene or ethylene dichloride, using Infrared or Gas Filter Correlation sensing technology. This flexible hydrocarbon analyzer can measure in flammable gas streams, and is suitable for gas analysis in combustion, emissions, and process applications.
Our hydrocarbon gas analyzer solutions are both designed to operate effectively and reliably in hazardous conditions. The SERVOTOUGH SpectraExact 2500 is a photometric gas analyzer delivering reliable, accurate and stable real-time online process analysis, which makes it ideal for a range of process gas analysis applications.
A highly flexible analytical solution adaptable to many applications, the SERVOTOUGH SpectraExact 2500 delivers proven performance and flexible operation in a resilient and reliable design.
It delivers a real-time online monitoring solution capable of single and multi-component analysis, including percentage-level hydrocarbon mixtures in the C1-C5 range. Field mounting capabilities enable flexible use in the harshest process conditions.
Highly affordable and easy to use, the SpectraExact 2500 uses an intelligent design and non-depleting sensing technologies to help to extend maintenance intervals and dramatically reduce ongoing costs.
Our hydrocarbon mixture analyzer range uses proven sensing solutions that deliver accuracy, ease of use, and a long operational life.
An advanced form of Infrared sensing, Gas Filter Correlation (GFC) technology is ideal in applications with interferent background gases, delivering precise, sensitive measurements. It is used in our SERVOTOUGH SpectraExact 2500 photometric analyzer, and is a key technology for our SERVOPRO multi-gas analyzers, the MultiExact 4100, MultiExact 4200, and 4900 Multigas.
Learn more about GFC technologyInfrared sensing is a flexible measurement technology based on the unique light-absorbing properties of some gases. It delivers a non-contact, real-time detection of the selected gas’s concentration in a mixture, and is widely used in our analyzer range, including portable analyzers, photometric products, and multi-gas analyzers.
