Oxygen (O2) gas analysis is key to safety, efficiency, and control in a vast range of industrial processes. Servomex provides an extensive choice of best-fit technologies to measure oxygen at percentage, trace, and ultra-trace levels. Our decades of expertise in gas analysis can be traced back to our early innovations in Paramagnetic oxygen sensing, and we have continued to build on this ever since. Our oxygen analyzers include the flagship SERVOTOUGH OxyExact 2200 Paramagnetic O2 analyzer, compact Tunable Diode Laser models, ultra-precise Coulometric trace oxygen analyzers, trusted Zirconia-based SERVOTOUGH FluegasExact 2700 combustion analyzer, and portable SERVOFLEX analyzers. Whatever your process, we have the oxygen solution you need.
One of the most prevalent gases on Earth – making up approximately 21% of the atmosphere – oxygen is essential to human life, making it vital to many medical gas applications. Oxygen is also widely used in industry, with applications including the production of metal and plastics. The extensive range of oxide compounds used in many processes means that there are many applications where O2 measurements are crucial for process control, safety, and efficiency.
In addition, the widespread presence of O2 in the atmosphere means that it may interfere with other processes, requiring the gas to be monitored as an impurity. While oxygen is not harmful to the environment, it may be necessary to monitor O2 emissions as part of a continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS).
There are several oxygen-sensing technologies available. The most appropriate solution depends on the application, and the measurement range required.
The diversity of Servomex’s range of oxygen analyzer solutions benefits operators by ensuring they can find the best-fit solution for their application. Our technological expertise and extensive applications experience allow us to help you to apply the most appropriate oxygen sensor to your process, rather than making the best of one or two options. Servomex technologies are proven and trusted, and used widely throughout the industry, with oxygen gas analyzer installations around the world. Our breadth of choice also extends to the type of oxygen analyzer you can select, from robust SERVOTOUGH devices for hazardous areas, through compact in-situ laser systems, to portable SERVOFLEX analyzers.
Servomex offers a wide range of oxygen gas analyzers, using various O2 sensing technologies. For hazardous area conditions, we provide several SERVOTOUGH analyzers, led by the Oxy 1900, and OxyExact 2200 Paramagnetic O2 analyzers. This range of rugged online oxygen analyzers also contains the FluegasExact 2700 combustion analyzer, which uses Zirconia sensing, and the Laser 3 Plus models which can be configured for O2.
If portability is a key consideration, our SERVOFLEX range of easily transportable oxygen analyzers can combine Paramagnetic O2 analysis with Infrared sensing to measure a combination of O2, CO, and CO2.
For trace and ultra-trace oxygen monitoring, our SERVOPRO range offers the DF-500 series of O2 analyzers and the DF-760E products for combined measurements of O2 and moisture. Multi-gas analyzers including the MultiExact 4100 and MultiExact 4200 can be configured to measure oxygen, while the MonoExact DF150E and MonoExact DF310E provide accurate O2 results for industrial gas applications. To measure oxygen as part of a continuous emissions monitoring system, we also offer the 4900 Multigas analyzer.

Our oxygen analyzer range uses proven sensing solutions that deliver accuracy, ease of use, and a long operational life.
Servomex’s groundbreaking magneto dynamic Paramagnetic technology provides accurate and sensitive measurements of percentage levels of O2. Used by many of our industrial, portable, and multi-gas analyzers, it delivers fast and reliable oxygen measurements.
A reliable and proven oxygen sensing technology, Zirconia-based analyzers are capable of providing measurements at parts-per-million (ppm) and percentage levels. The Zirconia sensor is an essential component of the SERVOTOUGH FluegasExact 2700 combustion analyzer.
Based on a simple, non-depleting process that responds quickly to changing oxygen levels, Coulometric sensing enables the measurement of O2 at percent or parts-per-million (ppm) levels. It ensures our DF-500 range delivers the low-level detection that is essential for UHP gas applications.
Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) technology offers a fast-response, accurate measurement that is highly specific to the gas of interest. This non-contact, non-depleting sensing is used in our innovative, compact SERVOTOUGH Laser 3 Plus range of analyzers.
