The Latest in Ultra-trace Oxygen Analysis from Servomex Ensures Proven Reliability and Improved Productivity

Servomex has launched the latest in ultra-trace oxygen analysis to meet the highest levels of performance with the new Gen 7 SERVOPRO DF-500 Series.

Designed for ultra-high-purity (UHP) gas analysis in the Semiconductor and Industrial Gas markets, the DF-500 Series analyzers are built on Servomex’s trusted digital sensing technologies for proven reliability, ease of operation, and minimal maintenance.

Boasting a new, all-digital design and solid-state storage, this next-generation solution offers even higher reliability, with industry-leading lower detection limits and accurate results that enhance the operations of UHP gas producers around the world.

Using a highly sensitive, non-depleting Coulometric sensor that doesn’t require periodic replacement, the DF-500 measures O2 down to 45ppt, delivering an industry-best measurement of oxygen, avoiding the use of highly flammable Hydrogen utility gas required by Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) sensors.

The DF-500 is easy to use and its simplified digital design is easier to maintain. Combined with non-depleting sensor technology and extended calibration intervals, the Gen-7 DF-500 analyzers offer a low lifetime cost of ownership with no utility gas requirements and minimal ongoing maintenance requirements.

Joseph Ha, Product Manager for Purity & Specialty commented, “I am excited to introduce our new Gen-7 DF-500 ultra-trace oxygen analyzer that will enable our global semiconductor and industrial gas customers to ensure the quality of ultra-high-purity gas.”

The Gen-7 range of analyzers features the DF-550E and the DF560E ULTRA, all delivering no-compromise performance and next-generation reliability.
